{ there's a soft sigh of relief that escapes before ayato can stop himself--just that he knows the likelihood of thoma still going to get something to clean him was highly probable. it's good he doesn't, if only because once the moment is broken he isn't sure how he'll easily fall back into being this relaxed and open to it.

now he does know he isn't moving though, he lets his hand shift slowly over skin, sliding fingertips across thoma's side, across his shoulder, curling up to slide along the chain around his neck to pluck at it gently. }

Mmm, it can wait a little longer though. { if only because right now he's doing his best to not just melt into both the bed and thoma, as though he's finally let all his worries and thoughts be shoved to the back of his mind and lets himself enjoy the moment for what it is. } I had promised to ask for your aid in looking after it.

[ You're gonna get cleaned, young man, and you're gonna like it. ]

[ Not yet though. Because Thoma's just as aware of how easily it feels like this moment could break, with how new it is to the both of them, and he wants it to last just as long. Wants to settle into this feeling of Ayato's fingers against his skin drawing trails over his skin and toying with the chain around his neck. The latter feels far more intimate than it should and makes his heart skip a beat. Was it always possible to feel this content? ]

And I appreciate it.

[ His own fingers skirt along Ayato's hips in back, just mindless patterns that indulge in touching his smooth skin and giving berth to any wounds he encounters as he asks the question that tickles at his mind. ]

... Would you stay the night with me then?

{ he doesn't want to stay this dirty forever either, okay???

but his movements are definitely slower, softer as his fingers move back and forth along the metal.

but his eyes snap up at the question, before they sink to the side. there's a faint flush to his own face this time, especially as his hand wraps gently around the tags at the end of that chain and holds it. }

{ the words are quiet, still getting used to this honesty and openness that is justified to share now, but foreign and something he'll need time to adapt to.

but he refuses to miss the chance by running from it as well. especially if it promises to have more time like this. }

[ The blush is easy to see on Ayato's fair skin; it's a look that suits him well in Thoma's extremely biased opinion. A look that shows just how vulnerable the other man is allowing himself to be right now, and that knowledge alone is enough to squeeze at his heart is silent joy for his lord being able to relax even just a bit more. It also urges Thoma to press a soft kiss next to his ear, to cover up the way he smiles so helplessly at Ayato's acceptance. ]

[ Now if only there was something he could do to hide the way his heart pounds in his chest and the slow but steady stirring of his body in response to Ayato in his lap, that'd be great. ]

[ He's rather suddenly reminded of something though, and those fingers that had been tracing along his back slide over his lord's hips, then along his thighs. ]

Was the lotion useful?

[ Yes, he had been worried about Ayato's thighs. ]

{ the soft noise he makes in response to the kiss next to his ear likely isn't going to help matters either. nor is the way his head tilts into it, his eye closest to it closing at the softness of the action.

and if he thought he'd be able to stay calm, it goes out the window as thoma's warm hand slides over his skin, moves to his thighs and he's reminded of how he'd fared a few weeks back. }

I had to use what was left, but it healed over a couple of days, yes. ...Thank you. Ah- { he goes quiet for a second, hoping he won't worry too much but- } I don't need it right away, but would you happen to have anything for a sore throat? { he laughs, a faint huff of breath. } I may need something soon.

{ at least he doesn't sound as hoarse anymore but um........ }

[ He is at least relieved that Ayato's legs are fine now; if there had been some sort of lasting damage he'd truly never be able to forgive himself. Permanent injury on his lord for a brief period of selfish satisfaction was something he would have banished himself over. Nevermind that he'd had next to no control over his actions at the time. Unforgivable!! ]

I can make tea later, and I have throat drops as well.

[ As if to apologize, he ducks his head further, kissing gently over Ayato's neck with a mix of care and intimacy. For someone who wanted to serve his lord, he seemed to have repeatedly taken things of him instead... He's concerned, yes, but at least it's not a frantic worry. ]

Does it hurt now?

{ it wasn't like there were any cuts or anything! and really if he wasn't so pampered to begin with it likely wouldn't have been as big of a problem. }

{ he makes another soft noise at the kisses on his neck too, eyes closing as his head tilts, savouring every press of lips on skin. }

Not as much as I expected. { when he talks it's quiet now, a small smile on his face, eyes still closed. } Nor should you feel guilty for it--I wanted this.

{ he lets his eyes slide open again, smile widening. } It's more than worth it to see the look on your face when you lose control, Thoma.

[ Being pampered is a part of his charm, clearly. ]

[ Being able to pamper Ayato is, at least, part of the charm to Thoma, who brushes a few more of those sweet kisses against his neck before pulling back to meet Ayato's gaze. Or rather, blush under it, as he gives that mischievous look that Thoma is so fond and simultaneously worried by. ]

I know and... I greatly enjoyed it.

[ That was an understatement. ]

I... A-As long as we are within private chambers, I can show you every side you'd like to see.

{ at least the look is short lived, as even he can't help how his gaze softens again at thoma's words. }

{ this may also be because he's going to likely have a lot less ideas--he'd hyperfocused on the one or two things from last time because he just doesn't have the experience to venture further yet.

Granted, my fingers were hardly much of a comparison...

especially when his voice lowers, becoming much more of a whisper. }

...but it meant I was able to learn how to not choke as much and take you as far as you wanted.

[ Thoma's heating up in all sorts of ways right now at the words, at the visual that his mind helpfully supplies to him, combining the recent real-life experience he'd just witnessed with a very active imagination of what fingers would replace in that situation. ]

[ He gives a strangled noise in return, the thoughts racing through his mind so evident on his face that even he's aware of it. To hide, he lets his face drop against Ayato's neck with a muffled helpless sound to pair. ]

{ he watches as thoma seems to put pieces together a little too well, though definitely as intended. the laugh he gives as thoma leans to hide his face is a low chuckle, his hand finally moving from the tags around his neck to instead shift to the back of his neck to rub the skin there. soft, gentle, encouraging. }

And I thought I'd said to not restrain yourself, Thoma? { with the way thoma has his head in his neck, all it takes is a small tilt of his head to kiss his ear, to nuzzle his nose into his hair. } Is there something you want?

[ Every minute with Ayato is Thoma being tested in the best and worst of ways, honestly. His lord's soft, small affections have just as much of an effect on Thoma as anything else, so his words fall heated against Ayato's neck where he keeps himself buried. ]

Your bare body is on top of mine, what else could I want right now...

{ he tuts lightly, a soft noise in the roof of his mouth as his hand shifts to finally tug the tie in thoma's hair loose, letting the strands fall free so he can properly thread his fingers through. }

[ Ayato please he's dying. His ears go from a nice pink blush to tomato in one blink, good job. ]

since thoma's face is still buried against his neck he'll just and use his hair to gently tug, insistent to have him look at him. }

You'd only be picking one for right now. { he smiles soothingly. } We'll have plenty of time to work through the rest. Though I'm now very curious to see what ways you have thought of.

[ Oh no he's revealed too much Ayato is onto him. ]

[ He leans his head back with the tug, not minding the pressure in the least even with his shyness at facing Ayato right now... ]

{ his thirst levels were already clear from the time with the wish bone(r), why he's still trying to reel anything in he'll never know.

but the request has him smiling with fondness, it's much sweeter than what he'd expected. enough that he stretches up so thoma won't have to bend his head down, to kiss him first in response to that request.

there's a soft for now murmured against his lips, before ayato applies pressure and sinks into him. the hand still in thoma's hair shifts, moving to rub the back of his neck instead. }

[ Please he's still so embarrassed by everything that happened that afternoon, he will never live down the day he chaffed his lord's thighs. ~~At least not until he does it again.~~ ]

[ The noise he makes this time is a soft, pleased sigh as he quite willingly accepts Ayato into his arms once more. The kiss is met eagerly, hands on the move once more to memorize the curves and shape of Ayato's body against his. To find where his lord is sensitive and pamper them with the attention he so deserves. ]

{ he survived, everything was alright and it isn't the worst situation to be in. well, maybe on his birthday of all days but generally speaking--no.

but it isn't what matters right now, as he lets everything else melt away until there is nothing but them. he'd been determined to put everything into the kiss itself, but thoma's hands wandering across his skin have him making small noises at certain points, especially now he's so relaxed and can enjoy the touches to their fullest. there are times when his breath hitches, a slight tremble following for any places that are particularly pleasant--down the centre of his spine, over his neck being a couple of places that elicit those noises. }

[ Crying. ]

[ He'll memorize them all, each place where there's that slight change in Ayato's reaction is committed to heart. He doesn't take advantage of them though, as lovely as he imagines Ayato could be squirming in his lap is. He wants to savor them, savor him, and when their kiss breaks it's only so he can turn his attention to Ayato's neck and kiss him there with that same softness all his actions have right now. ]

[ All the obvious care and emotion he has for him. ]

{ compared to before, the softness is somehow more overwhelming to process. something that he tries to keep to himself, even if every touch brings shivers to his skin, causes goosebumps and makes him sigh softly.

when the kiss breaks his eyes open, before they're forced to snap shut when thoma's mouth moves to his neck. even if he tilts his head to give him space, he's flushed at each press of lips on skin, not sure what to do with himself. }

...Thoma? { his voice is small when he does speak, a small murmur against his ear, breathless as he is already. } What are you doing?

[ Is it not obvious, Ayato? Does he need to give MORE warm and affectionate kisses over his shoulder, because he will, witness him do so now. ]

{ it is obvious, maybe he should have said why rather than what, maybe then he wouldn't have this need to bury his face somewhere as he feels heat rise to it.

he doesn't know what to do with himself. }

That, I can tell, I meant-- { but he trails off, and while thoma hadn't intended to make him squirm, he squirms at all the attention he's getting. it's too soft. too gentle. his face feels like it's on fire. } Why?
